She is also frequently appointed to represent children in high-conflict custody cases as a Best Interest Attorney, and to serve as court-appointed Trustee, Receiver of businesses, and Guardian of property for individuals in need of legal protection.

She has served in numerous leadership positions within the legal community, including past presidencies of both the Montgomery County Bar Association, Montgomery County Bar Foundation, and Women’s Bar Association of Montgomery County and service for several terms on the Maryland State Bar Association’s Board of Governors and Executive Committee.
