Annette Baney, Executive Director of Operate-Well – Strategic Operations, provides fractional Chief Operations Support to small and mid-sized non-profits and businesses. With over 15 years of experience in high-level strategic operations, finance, and human resources, Annette has provided executive-level leadership at various non-profit advocacy organizations focused on poverty, early childhood education, and environmental justice in Washington, DC. Annette also founded the Baney Bridgemohan Foundation, which provides small grants and scholarships to high school graduates in her home country of Trinidad and Tobago, enabling them to attend a NESC Technical Institute.
Throughout her career, Annette has always prioritized working and supporting organizations whose missions champion and serve underserved communities locally and internationally. She lives in Bethesda, Maryland, and enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and discovering new and engaging podcasts.
